 Popular Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has addressed ongoing critic!sms from some Nigerians who accuse her of hiding her husband from the public eye.

 In her response, she pointed out a prevailing trend among Nigerians: people only seem interested in a celebrity’s marriage or relationship when it is dramatic or controversiร l. According to her, the idea that she’s being overly secretivรจ about her marital life is far from the truth.

“My life is not as private as many people assume,” she explained. “My husband and I attend church together, go to social events side by side, and his pictures have even been posted online. The only reason many people don’t recognize him is simply because they don’t know who he is. That doesn’t mean I’m hiding him.”

Ruth emphasized that her choice to maintain a level of discretion is not out of secrecy but rather a desire to protect her peace. “Not everything has to be for public val!dation,” she added firmly.
