I ran into Jude Okoye and asked him why he hadn’t released Cynthia Morgan’s music catalogue and why she was restricted from using her own name. Jude shook his head, pulled out his phone, and showed me a video (see video in the comments). Then he said:

‘Since the start of her career, Cynthia Morgan’s total royalties amount to just $3,860.’


I was shocked. I even called a label boss in the North to confirm—and I felt like hiding his face.

Jude kept presenting evidence. When I saw the actual contract, I looked like a proper mu_mu . Jude said,
‘Bro, I didn’t even write the agreement. Cynthia and her management wrote the entire thing. I just signed it.’

Then I asked about May D. Jude replied,
‘We never even signed May D. We just invested in him.’


After everything, I apologized to Jude. But before we parted ways, he gave me Cynthia Morgan’s music catalogue and said,
‘Aside from the respect I have for you, I’m giving you the catalogue in case something happens tomorrow. The fans won’t start coming for me like they did with Naira Marley.’”

  Popular human rights activist Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has confirmed on his official Instagram page that he and Iyabo Ojo have finally ended their long-standing feud. According to him, “Iyabo Ojo invited me for a meet-up, but I suggested we meet in an apartment, which I was willing to pay for. However, she insisted we meet at a hotel. She came with a bouncer, and I went there with Kokopee and C-Pack. We had a long conversation."
