False allegations or Justice? Here's everything you need to know about Achraf Hakimi's Rape allegations that's be trending for the past few days. A Thread 🇲🇦 PSG star Achraf Hakimi faces up to 15 years in prison as French prosecutors requested his indictment for rape charges from Feb 2023 The alleged incident dates back to February 2023. Amelie, a 24-year-old woman, claimed she met Hakimi through Instagram and that after weeks of chatting, he invited her to his home near Paris while the football star's wife Hiba Abouk and children were away. She claimed she was assault at Hakimi’s home after contact through Instagram but Hakimi firmly denies the allegations and claims he is the victim of an attempted blackmail/racketeering plot. I grew up in Surulere where chances of making it is slim, Lagos, as the fourth of eight children. Life was so t0ugh us that my father l0st his job twice, and we eventually moved to Egbeda. My mother was a teacher who also sold goods, and I helped her hustle just to survivê. I got pregnant at age17 and had to drop out of secondary school, but I refused to let that stop me, while i still focus on achieving my dreams 

At 19, I landed my first acting role in Most Wantéd and later starred in Mortâl Inheritance, which gives me visibility and also brought me into the spotlight. By the early 2000s, I was winning awards and became the first actress to receive the City People Best Actress award in 2001.


In 2018, I directed Li0nheart, the first Nigerian film acquired by Netflix, that’s one of my proudest moments. Even now, I haven’t forgotten my roots. I support girls’ education and small businesses because if a teenage mother from Egbeda can rise to the top, then others can too. You can build a life for yourself no matter where you come from.

Iyabo Ojo and VeryDarkMan have finally reconciled after years of public féud.

  Popular human rights activist Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has confirmed on his official Instagram page that he and Iyabo Ojo have finally ended their long-standing feud. According to him, “Iyabo Ojo invited me for a meet-up, but I suggested we meet in an apartment, which I was willing to pay for. However, she insisted we meet at a hotel. She came with a bouncer, and I went there with Kokopee and C-Pack. We had a long conversation." He continued, "I remembered the cause of our beef—it started when Iyabo Ojo insulted my mother, and I responded by insult!ng her back. But it wasn’t intentional. I have never wished her bad. Even when I made negative comments about her daughter’s marriage, saying it wouldn’t last, I later prayed and cleared the air, wishing them a lasting union."
